
ABOUT DR SHERLEY
Dr Sherley began her career as a scientist. She completed a BSc and PhD at the Australian National University working in the areas of microbiology and molecular genetics. After a brief period lecturing at the University of Tasmania she returned to the Australian National University to take up medicine.

After completing her medical degree, Dr Sherley made an early choice to take up a career in Sexual Health Medicine. She completed training with the Royal Australasian College of General Practice and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians - Australasian Chapter of Sexual Health Medicine.

Dr Sherley has lived in Bungendore since 2002, and has provided GP services to her local community since 2013. In 2018 Dr Sherley started a private practice in Sexual Health Medicine based at Bungendore Medical Centre, offering people from the Canberra and Goulburn regions the option of quality private sexual health care in a discrete setting.
